Labour Day Celebration

International Indian Public School believes in imparting values to students to transform them into responsible and global citizens of tomorrow. Students of Grade XI organized a special assembly to commemorate International Labour Day on 01 May 2023.


Assembly commenced by seeking the blessings of Almighty followed by school prayer, school song, pledge, motivational thought of the day and word of the day related to the special occasion.


Anyqa Abis of VIII A and Siddharth Mahadevan of XIB delivered the speeches and Fathima Zubair of XI A shared some facts highlighting the significance of Labour Day. To add more charm to the day, students of grade IX A [Aleena Farheen, Manal Zaki, Umaiza Sohel, Sumaiya Fathima and Parvathi Saji] presented a skit to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the working class,create awareness about their rights, and protect them from exploitation.


Principal Mr. Mohammed Imran also expressed the importance of the day and honoured the supporting staff for the well maintenance of the school. Principal also appreciated the students, teachers and supervisors for the smooth conduct of the assembly.


The assembly concluded with the rendition of the National Anthems of the host country and our homeland.
