Spending long hours at a desk, diligently completing homework, excelling in multiple tests, and engaging in various extracurricular activities can cause both physical and mental strain. Additionally, social and family challenges, anxiety, bullying, and emotional stress can further impact children's wellbeing.
To address these concerns, IIPS is thrilled to introduce a Yoga Club for students of grades 4-7. The club will meet on Saturdays during specified hours. As you may know, yoga offers numerous benefits, including stress reduction, conflict resolution, enhanced concentration, improved posture, and core strengthening.
The Yoga Club aims to create a welcoming environment for students of all skill levels to practice yoga together, promoting physical and mental health and fostering a sense of community. We encourage everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners, to join us in building a supportive and inclusive community focused on health and wellness.
