A REPORT ON COMMUNAL HARMONY CAMPAIGN WEEK
PRIMARY GRADE I-III
COMMUNAL HARMONY CAMPAIGN WEEK:
Sunday 19 November to Thursday 23 November 2017 was celebrated as Communal Harmony Campaign week. During this week the students of Grade I-III were asked to prepare posters and greeting cards with the message of peace and harmony to decorate their class rooms.
India is a multi-religious and multi-lingual land. People belonging to different religions live here in harmony. We celebrate all the festivals with equal enthusiasm and zeal. To maintain a harmonious atmosphere we had organized a special assembly.
The concluding programme was held on Thursday 23 November 2017. A special assembly was organized to realize the importance of ‘Unity in Diversity’. Patriotic songs and dances were performed by the students of Grade I, II &III. Students spread the message of peace and harmony among their peer group, teachers and non teaching staff through out their performances’.
The Agenda of the programme was as follows:
- Patriotic Action song – by Grade-I.
- English Action Theme song – by Grade-II.
- Unity in Diversity Dance performance – by Grade-III.
The message of unity and diversity was conveyed to students. All the students cheered and sang along with their friends.
