Parent Teacher Meeting on Saturday, 23 February 2019
Dear Parents,
Please be informed that Parent Teacher Meeting for Nursery to Grade XII and Special Care Centre is scheduled as mentioned below.
· Day & Date : Saturday, 23 February 2019
· Timings : 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
We request you to utilize this opportunity and have a crisp and short meeting with the teachers to interact about the academic performance of your child. In order to facilitate all parents to get an opportunity to interact with teachers, you are kindly requested to refrain from exceeding the time limit of 5 minutes with each teacher.
The feedback form has been attached herewith for your convenience. You are requested to fill in the form (if you have any suggestion / feedback) and hand it over to the class teacher/ respective supervisor or drop it in the box kept in the reception area of the school office or drop it in the box kept in Primary Section Assembly area on the day of the PTM.
*Please note that the teachers will avail a break of 10 minutes during the session
(from 9.20 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.). You are requested to kindly extend your cooperation for the same.
